Return & Refund Policy

  • We provide a 30-day return policy, allowing returns to be requested within 30 days from the date the order was placed.
  • Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

Eligible for Return

  • In the same condition as originally received
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt, order number, or other valid proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items that have been modified, altered, or installed
  • Items that are no longer in resalable condition
  • Items not returned in their original packaging
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Sale items (all sales are final)
  • Gift cards

Fees & Refunds

  •  A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
  • If the return is due to our error or a defect the restocking fee will be waived
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our fault
  • All returned items will be inspected upon arrival
  • Damaged or unsaleable returns may incur further deductions or be denied a refund
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
  • Email us with your order number and recipient name to request cancellation
  • Custom-made products cannot be canceled
