2. Product Nature & Custom Orders
Many Akicon products are handcrafted and made to order. Variations in texture, finish, dimensions, color, and material (including patina and natural aging) are inherent characteristics and not defects.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these natural variations.
Custom and made-to-order products are generally final sale once production has begun.
3. Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications, dimensions, finishes, and customization details prior to production.
Akicon will make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and report any issues within the required timeframe.
Risk of loss transfers in accordance with applicable law.
5. Installation
Products must be installed by qualified professionals.
Akicon is not responsible for issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Eligible non-custom items may be returned subject to approval, inspection, and applicable fees.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return or cancellation once production has started.
7. Warranty & Liability
Akicon provides warranty coverage as outlined in its Warranty Policy.
Except as stated, products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted, Akicon shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the website or engage in unlawful activity.
Akicon may suspend or restrict access at its discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
