General Shipping Policy
- Free standard shipping is available on all items within the continental U.S., with no sales tax.
- We do not ship to FPO, APO, or P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping Methods
- Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight carriers depending on size and destination.
- Items under 150 lbs are shipped via UPS; items over 150 lbs will be shipped via truck freight.
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge based on item size and shipping location.
Stock Items
- Stock items will be shipped out within 48 hours during working days after we receive your payment.
- Our carrier will typically pick up the items within 24 hours of shipment processing.
Customized Items
- Standard Shipping: Custom products require 8–10 weeks from the date the customer approves the CAD drawing.
- Expedited Shipping: Custom products require 6–8 weeks from the date the customer approves the CAD drawing.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once the CAD drawing is approved by the customer, production typically takes 4–5 weeks.
- Upon completion, Akicon will provide detailed photos and a video of the final product prior to shipment.
- Products are packed in reinforced foam and ½" plywood crates to ensure safe transport.
- Shipping typically takes 3–4 weeks after production is completed.
International Shipping Eligibility
- We offer international shipping for select products.
- Items without electrical components (e.g., range hood shells without inserts) may be eligible for international delivery.
- Products with electrical parts (such as inserts) are not available for international shipment due to voltage and certification restrictions.
- Please contact us at sales@akicon.com for an international shipping quote based on your location.
Order Processing & Delays
- We process orders within 48 hours during working days, excluding custom items.
- Delivery time is typically 2 to 5 days depending on distance and carrier efficiency.
- In case of force majeure (e.g. severe weather), order processing may be delayed.
- If items are damaged in transit, please contact us at service@akicon.com within 3 business days.
