Copper Range Hood — Clean & Care
Keep your Akicon handcrafted copper range hood looking beautiful with simple, gentle care.
- Routine Cleaning: Use warm water, mild pH-neutral soap, and a soft, non-abrasive cloth to gently remove dust, fingerprints, and cooking grease.
- Protect the Finish: Avoid vinegar, lemon juice, copper polish, abrasive pads, and harsh chemicals that may damage the surface or protective coating.
- Keep Dry: After cleaning, wipe away soap residue and dry thoroughly with a clean microfiber cloth.
- Natural Patina: Living copper finishes may gradually develop unique color variations, while sealed finishes are designed to help maintain their original appearance.
- Handle with Care: Do not scrape or aggressively polish decorative details or textured surfaces.
For detailed cleaning instructions and finish-specific care, please refer to our Copper Care & Maintenance Guide.
