How soon will my custom product be shipped?
We will take 1-2 days to process your order after we receive your payment. CAD drawings will be sent for your confirmation the first time after we complete them. We will start making the products immediately after we get your approval, which usually takes 4-5 weeks. When we finish all the production, we will send you the actual product pictures and video by email before shipping.
For the safety and integrity of the product, we ship in reinforced polystyrene foam, ½" plywood crates, as shown below. We will make every effort to protect the artwork from freight damage. Shipments typically take 3-4 weeks, so it usually takes 8-10 weeks from when the order is placed to when it arrives.

UPS will dispatch the item that weighs less than 150 lbs, and we will use Truck shipment for those more than 150 lbs.
